Case Study:
Action International

Having purchased office furniture for several start-ups and corporations, Jared Roth of Action International ( knew his requirements. "I needed immediate help and a solution to my office furnishing needs," explained Roth. He also wanted someone who would be there to provide furniture solutions as he grows his business and moves into larger space.

After getting to know the inside of too many airports, Roth moved back home to Oregon to be part of the community and apply his gifts and skills to serve the local area. As a Business Coach, Roth helps owners and team members be in alignment with their goals and dreams and become better leaders and managers.

Roth heard Debra Wyckoff of Solutions Express Office Furnishings speak at a Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce meeting. Impressed with her expertise and initiative, he invited her to discuss his office furniture needs. Wyckoff viewed his office suite and took measurements. At the second meeting, she showed him furniture samples and a floor plan she had designed.

"Her design was a brilliant use of space," exclaimed Roth. "It made sense and was different than what I had in mind." Since Roth had done comparison shopping at OfficeMax and he'd looked into furniture rental, he was ready to proceed with Wyckoff and Solutions Express Office Furnishings.

Working within his budget, Wyckoff's availability, product offerings, and delivery and set up were key elements for Roth. "Debi showed me several product lines and could work within my budget. She delivered what she said she would, when she said she would. And timing was critical for me," Roth explained. "Debi demonstrates a great blend of professional efficiency and personal warmth--and she gets the job done!"

Wyckoff oversaw the delivery and assembly of Roth's office suite of Performance furniture which includes a wrap-around desk with filing, bookcase, round table, storage cabinet and chairs. "I'm very pleased with the look and finish of the furniture, and durability of the hardware," commented Roth. "I look forward to adding more of the same furniture and working with Debi in the future as I grow my business with more coaches and support staff."
